The church held a Harvest of Talents on the weekend of 16th and 17th September, 2006. The church was decorated throughout the event and there was a display of arts and craft ranging from paintings and photographs to books of poetry and pottery. In conjunction with the event, the church celebrated British Food Fortnight with a Ploughman's lunch on Saturday 16th and a church family harvest lunch on Sunday 17th. On Saturday the church was open from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. The church was decorated for harvest. and there was morning coffee and a ploughman's lunch from noon. Tea and biscuits were served during the afternoon. On Sunday there was a 10.30 a.m service led by the Minister, the Rev Derek Grimshaw. This was followed by a Harvest Buffet Lunch and evening worship, again led by the Rev Derek Grimshaw. The following photographs were taken at the event.
